RETURNS & EXCHANGES - WHOLESALE/RESELLERS
General Return/Exchange Guidelines for Resellers
- Please contact your Sales Rep or email@example.com prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us.
- Returns are always handled by the store that sold the product unless you purchased the product online from lumilum.com. Please click here for internet purchases return policy.
- All returns/exchanges must include any accessories, documentation, etc., that was originally shipped with the product and must be in the original packaging.
- Returns/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including shipping times.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Return Policy – Unused Products in Resalable Condition Only
Returns are only accepted within the timeframe described above.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that the following products cannot be returned:
- Cut to order items, such as segments of 120V LED Strip Light
- Discontinued items
- Special order items
- Products modified from its original condition
- Open units, units that require reboxing, or units in an unsuitable resale condition
- Closeout, remanufactured and refurbished products
To return your product, please contact your Sales Rep or firstname.lastname@example.org. All product returns must be processed with a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA #). NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA #.
You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.
If you purchased the product in a store, please do not send your purchase back to Lumilum. The return will be handled by the store.
Clearly, mark each address label of each package being returned with the RMA #. DO NOT WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURER'S BOX.
Damaged in Shipment
Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to your sales rep within 14 days of receipt of the product.
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please notify us right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
