We are unable to process returns or refunds in products are received after the 30 days period. Please include original invoice and product (must be in original condition). Methods of Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Paypal. Orders shipped to Florida will be charged sales tax. Orders shipped to Canada will be charged import duties.

Missing or damaged items, lost orders: Please contact us immediately if any of the items in your order are missing or damaged, or if your order does not arrive within ten business days. We cannot replace lost orders that someone else receives on your behalf.
Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states including APO/FPO addresses and to Canada. We are committed to same day shipping on all orders received on a business day before 3 p.m. EST (M-F). Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST on Friday will ship the next business day. Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada
